Featuring Artisan Wagyu Beef
Wagyu beef is popular around the world because of its superior eating quality compared with other breeds of cattle. Not only does Wagyu beef have higher levels of intra-muscular fat or marbling, but the meat texture is finer, resulting in a more flavorful eating experience.
American Wagyu beef is the result of cross-breeding Japanese Wagyu with high-quality continental breeds of cattle. It has up to 300 percent more monounsaturated fat than normal beef due to the high marbling of the meat, as well as high omega 3 and 6 content. Wagyu beef has the lowest cholesterol levels of all meats, even lower than fish or chicken, and it contains oleic acid which is considered good for your heart.
